About me:

no transcription is possible, as no text is visible in the image.

I started playing the ‘cello age 8 and went on to study Music at Manchester University, learning with Bernard Gregor-Smith from the Lindsays, and at the Royal Academy of Music, London. Since then I have worked as a freelancer and a teacher, playing with London orchestras, with the Regent String Quartet, as a soloist and session player. I am now based in Tring, Hertfordshire, UK.

Some of my work:

I have performed in lots of interesting places and for many different occasions. Every performance is individual and special for that audience. With my quartet I played at Downing Street, the Tower of London, and The Savoy Hotel as well as for pop bands, TV and concerts at The Cambridge and Brighton Music Festivals.

I play in libraries and in schools, introducing young children to music and for “safe in sound” music therapy groups for those with dementia. I have also given performances in care homes and for many different private events.

I have performed with strings and orchestra at music festivals, at the O2, in cathedrals, museums and outdoor proms and opera.
